The Original Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift features 3 different lift heights for the convenience of deciding which lift height works best for you; 1/8”, 1/4”, and 3/8”. The lifts are simple to use; peel off one or both of the removable layers to adjust the height precisely to your needs. The adhesive on the heel lifts is strong, so no matter what size you choose, they will stay in place without slipping or sliding. The inserts feature a comfortable leather cover offering an appealing look and supreme comfort for you. The Original Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift is available in 3 sizes; small, medium, and large. This product is sold individually.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

We recommend that you replace your heel lift inserts every 2-3 months, as wear and tear and constant compression reduce the effectiveness of the lift. Reduced effectiveness of heel lifts can increase risks for gait, hip, and spine injury. It is also suggested that you keep spare lifts as back-ups and keep a heel lift in all of your footwear.
