• Carbon fiber insert thickness:1.0mm , it is light and thin. They can be worn on your right or left foot. And the insert must be placed directly under the removable shoe insole or under orthotic.
• For proper fit carbon fiber insert must be ¼ – ½ inch (approximately 1 cm) shorter than removable insert in shoe (because it is stiff), If in between sizes or half sizes round down to smaller size, and you should use this semi-rigid insole below your original removable insole.
